Unlike Gemstone, however, Big Kahuna is aptly named, since the high washes over you like a big, friendly wave. The first time I smoked it, it took me right back to the beach in Hawaii. The buzz is strong but mellow. It doesn’t cloud your mind or paralyze you on the couch. The smell is nice and sweet, but there’s not much taste. It’s smooth but bland and sort of dusty, with maybe a hint of lavender. We have a nice batch of Big Kahuna here at Shambhala right now. Ours tests at 13.8% THC, .17% CBD, .02% CBN. $19/gram or $60/4 grams.
